Web Design - Process

Having your first website being developed for your business can be complicated. We like to clear up any confusion and complications with our clients by providing them with a detailed process which is followed step-by-step.

1. Consultation - Contact us via our contact us page or send an e-mail to sales@3dwebstudios.com. In this message please explain in detail what your company is looking for in a website. If you wish to follow one of our plans please include the name of the one which you are looking to purchase; otherwise, we can create a custom plan for your business.

2. Quote - We will send you a free quote with final pricing (if a plan is chosen, the price will remain static) and a time frame will be given.

3. Contract - If the quote meets with your approval, we will send you a contract that contains all of the agreed work, prices and payment schedule.

4. Concept Development - At this point in time we will help you develop the image and concepts that will go behind your website. This includes audience targeting and color marketing.

5. Content Provisioning - During the time when concepts are being developed, the client will send us all logos, text and other images which they wish to be put on the website.

6. Concept Selection & Finalization - During this period we deliver the client several possible templates which have been thought up and created during the concept development stage. If a suitable one is not agreed upon then we will return to stage 4.

7. Site development - In this stage we will implement all of the content into the templates. Clients can see real progress by viewing their site in a password protected directory.

8. Pre-launch Evaluation - After the site is completed we will ship a hard copy (printed) to the office of the client and open a fully enabled directory for viewing via the internet. If any changes are d
